the leader of The PSC, Miquel Iceta, considers that "there are no conditions" to articulate a possible amnesty law that allowed to leave the jail to the political pro-independence prisoners.
In an interview in El Punt Avui, Iceta says that "the amnesty does not correspond with what has happened, is oblivion, that is to say that nothing has happened because we believed that the laws that were in those times were not fair. And not the circumstances ".
Iceta reiterates that Catalonia "has no right to self-determination", he argues that the 155 would have to re-apply "if it becomes to break with the Constitution" and bet for an earlier election in the community, because "the Government is divided, exhausted, and disoriented; has broken".
