SAN FRANCISCO –  The Winter Olympics concluded in Sochi, Russia, Sunday, with an elaborate closing ceremony that ran virtually a few several hours. Host nation Russia was the unofficial "winner" of the game titles, as it topped the medal count with 33 total medals, including 9 golds. The U.S. placed second with 28 medals and Norway came in third with 26 medals. Around the conclude of the closing generation, the Olympic flag was handed to the mayor of Pyeongchang, South Korea, which will host the Games in 2018.
