Joining several fast food hot spots and casual dining establishments with perfect health scores in the city's weekly restaurant inspections is a list of S.A.'s most well-loved dining magnets and staples.

Inspectors turned in perfect health reports at local bars, H-E-Bs, Whataburgers, Starbucks, a Northeast Side pizza mecca and Church's Chicken, the fried chicken spot that got its start back in 1952 with a stand across the street from the Alamo.

Each week we examine hundreds of restaurant inspections conducted by the San Antonio Food and Environmental Health Services division to sift out the dirtiest and cleanest restaurants around San Antonio.
