Attenweiler (dpa / lsw) – A 62-year-old cyclist was hit by a car between Attenweiler and Aßmannshardt (Biberach district) and died. A 61-year-old driver did not notice in time that a car ahead was overtaking the cyclist and drove straight into her, the police said early Wednesday morning. The woman was thrown over the car. She suffered serious injuries and died on the spot. The driver was not injured, according to police.
