Thanks to a minimal demonstrate you could have heard of termed "South Park," we've all read that when ubiquitous and continuously irritating exclamation, "Make me a sandwich, bi**h!" Regardless of whether they intended to or not, the group behind this version of "Make Me A Sandwich" has taken back the phrase with gusto.
Brought to us by director Roberto Serrini (who, you may well try to remember is the exact person who introduced us his pleasant dad frying artichokes), "Make Me A Sandwich" is a video series that asks chefs and other food nerds to do just that, on camera. The weekly sequence consists of 10 videos so much, every with a distinctive food stuff persona and their picked sandwich.
We couldn't assume of a much better episode to share with you than the a single above, starring one particular of our favored mustachioed sandwich makers, Noah Fecks of "The Way We Ate." Fecks' picked out sandwich, The Falafel-Nutter is a savory riff on our beloved Fluffernutter, minus the marshmallow fluff, as well as falafel and Sriracha (Noah, we forgive you, but only since we like you).
Other sandwich-makers include Paul Wagtouicz (the complementary half of "The Way We Ate"), Ngam's Chef and operator Hong Thaimee and Brindle Room's Chef (and Serrini's associate in sandwich movie-producing criminal offense) Jeremy Spector. Examine out the video clip previously mentioned for the recipe, and the rest of the series on Vimeo.
