A frantic race to the polls, fifty acts in just 25 days. Alberto Núñez Feijóo will be present from this Wednesday until March 28 in all territories, including Ceuta and Melilla, and will revolve his campaign around a central act in the Valencia bullring, the historic electoral sanctuary of the Popular Party.
This will be the great rally of the popular campaign, called for Sunday May 21, just a week before the electoral appointment. The opposition leader will open and close the campaign in the Valencian Community and Castilla-La Mancha - he will be in both regions both at the beginning and on the last day of the campaign - and will close at another major event scheduled in Madrid. Three closures in the same day at three strategic points.
As reported by EL MUNDO this Wednesday, the former presidents of the Government José María Aznar and Mariano Rajoy will actively participate in the race towards 28-M and, like Rajoy, will focus on the Valencian Community and Castilla-La Mancha with the firm objective of ousting the autonomous governments of the two most powerful barons from a territorial point of view: Ximo Puig and Emiliano García-Page.
In addition, the president of the PP will carry out the usual pasting of posters for the first night of the electoral campaign in Extremadura. As reported this Wednesday by the general coordinator of the party, Elias Bendodo, Feijóo will not coincide during the caravan with Aznar and Rajoy, and that the leadership of the formation will diversify to reach the maximum possible points in the three and a half weeks remaining until the day 28.
In the PP they boast of the "many calls and requests" that the PP candidates have made in the face of how the socialist candidates "flee", as could be seen a few weeks ago at the PSOE congress in Valencia, which was not attended of any autonomous baron. "Today Sánchez is a toxic asset," Bendodo summed up.
