Produced from 20 varieties of organic cider apple which have been pressed so as not to extract more than 650 liters of juice per tonne of fruit, this white was then distilled twice. A delicate eau-de-vie that would nevertheless have its place at the Tontons flingueurs, because it really smells like apples!
