The famous caterer of the place de la Madeleine has filed for bankruptcy on Tuesday with the commercial court of Bobigny. The latter is expected to soon be put into receivership. The registered office of the company, born in 1886, the production lab and the two shops of the capital (130 people in total) are affected by the proceedings.

Its catering activity has been stopped this year. In 2008, it represented 20 % of the turnover of the group and a portion of the losses. In January, the subsidiary Receptions had sought the opening of a procedure of receivership.
