At least two people died and another 19 were injured this Saturday in eastern Afghanistan, in the first great attack since US troops left the country shortly before midnight on August 31.

The bomb attack, which caused two dead and 19 injured, occurred this morning in the city of Jalalabad, capital of the Eastern province of Nangarhar, told Efe a source of the health authorities, which requested anonymity.
