Bankinter launches a new digital investment service that will allow the customer to customize their portfolio

It is not a RoboAdvisor, although both seem to be digital, and it is not a lifelong banking office, although both share the idea of personalized advice. Bankinter has launched a new investment service, Bankinter capital Advisor, which mixes the features of one and another model and allows customers to customize their investment portfolio for free.

Of course, to access the platform (which will be available on your website from today) The client must make a minimum investment of 10,000 euros. He has no permanence commitment, with which the client can disinvest at the moment he considers.

The Business Development Director of Bankinter, César Calvo, has explained in a meeting with the media that this service is totally digital, but that they do not leave the client "Solo": You will have at your disposal an expert if you need help.

Likewise, you will receive quarterly proposals by the Bakinter analysis team, which is run by Ramón Forcada and that for Calvo "is the soul" of this new service.

While this service is free, the client will have to pay commissions to the manager, with which he would have the same cost as if the user bought those same funds outside the service.

The platform has been developed entirely by Bankinter, as indicated by the entity in the meeting. The Business Director of Investment Services, Diana Square, has made a practical demonstration during the meeting and has emphasized the possibility of personalization of the portfolio.

Calvo has encouraged that it is "a before and after" in the way of investing, since the client's displacement is not necessary to make the adjustments in the portfolio.

The entity has been counting for a few years with its own 'Roboadvirsor', Popcoin, which will remain in operation despite this new release. Calvo explained that both services "are called to live", as there is a client profile that prefers the simplicity of Popcoin and others, more sophisticated, prefer to have a greater control.

On the other hand, EVO Bank customers will not have access to this service, since "their profile is simpler" and they already have their own model of 'RoboAdvisor'. Nor will there be an option to select sustainable funds, although Square has pointed out that they do not rule out to include it in the future if customers demand it.
