CaixaBank will open this Monday, July 12, an 'All In One' center in the Axis Building, the latest Norman Foster project that is located in the Plaza de Colón de Madrid.
Thus, the Entity launches its Flagship center in Madrid and the third of the All In One concept throughout Spain, after the opening of the offices of Valencia and Barcelona in 2019, as reported in a statement.
This new center has a team of 130 people and a space of around 4,000 square meters distributed over four floors and a terrace, according to Imforma Europa Press.
The objective is to offer specialized attention to all business segments, both particular-with expert managers in Retail Banking, Banca `Premier 'and Private Banking - as professionals -autonomous, microenterprises and companies. The forecast is to attend a total portfolio of 27,000 customers.
This "experiential" space also has elements of design, technology and specialized attention to create a "new concept of single financial services in Europe".
For this reason, the offer of services includes specific areas of care designed for each type of client, two auditoriums, about 40 offices for private meetings, a multifunctional area for informal meetings with outdoor terrace and ATMs with facial recognition, among other elements.
The entity explains that it has facilitated the building's access system. In addition to having announcements and notifications to remember the appointments with the manager through the 'App' CaixaBanknow mobile, the client can notify your arrival, if you have an agreed appointment, from your own phone or access the 'All In One 'With a' Auto Check-in 'based on NFC technology.
The center also has an auditorium with capacity for 160 spectators and a high quality multifunctional space with a capacity of 40 people. A programming of events will be designed, with talks and papers about various topics of interest, under the Caixabanktalks brand.
On the other hand, the center incorporates relevant elements into accessibility, such as the magnetic loop -tecnology to reduce the ambient noise interference to people with hearing difficulties-, Braille plans of the different areas and spaces, and in relief soil in the accesses to the office.
In addition, the center has eliminated those physical and sensory barriers that may involve an obstacle to access to their facilities or their products and services to disabled people.
'All In One' Madrid will be open to the public uninterrupted from 8.30 am to 6:30 pm from Monday to Thursday, and from 8.30 am to 2:30 p.m. on Fridays, between September and June. During July, August and first half of September, will keep the summer schedule of attention to the public (from 8.30 to 14.30)
