The National Police has detained a 39-year-old man as alleged author of a crime of sexual abuse to two minors, 13 and 14 years old. The event took place in a street of Logroño, where the detainee kissed them, touched the buttocks and thighs without the consent of him.
The event occurred at 00:30 on Saturday, August 28, on Madre de Dios Street. A neighbor who walked to her dog saw how a man grabbed two girls by his shoulders as he touched him and tried to kiss and called the police.
