The National Police has stopped in the province of Malaga to 178 people for its alleged participation in a criminal organization that would have disappointed more than one million euros to social security, in a macro police operation carried out with the collaboration of the Subdelegation of the Government, The General Treasury of Social Security and the public employment service.
The companies created served on the screen for the irregular processing of up to 80 unemployment benefits for a total value of 413,792 euros and the fraudulent registration of 178 high in social security, which has caused economic damage to the public treasury of more than 700,000 euros .
All investigated are charges of fraud with social security, against public finance and documentary falsehood, as reported by the National Police in a statement.
The 'Denery' operation, led by researchers from the Provincial Brigade of Immigration and Borders, specifically the UCRIF, has allowed a corporate framework formed by half a dozen fictitious companies, which simulated work contracts from which the "employees were worth "To have access to benefits and subsidies of social security and public employment service, bank loans, administrative status regularizations in Spain by foreigners and, in any case, as a way to reach the third prison degree.
Research, directed by Malaga's number 6 instructional court, began at the end of 2019, after detecting a false work contract during the processing of a temporary residence permit and self-employed by a citizen of Russian nationality .
