The fashion designer and film director Tom Ford has confirmed by means of a statement to the Vogue magazine the death of her husband Richard Buckley on Monday at the age of 72.
"It's with great sadness that Tom Ford announces the death of his beloved husband of the last 35 years, Richard Buckley. Richard died in peace last night at his house in Los Angeles with Tom and his son Jack at his side. He died for natural causes after A prolonged disease, "reads the brief message he has made to the Fashion Bible, in which Richard himself worked as a chief editor of Vogue Hommes International.
The couple has an eight-year-old son named Alexander 'Jack' John and married in 2014 after almost three decades of sentimental relationship.
