Throughout the morning, Instagram has been having a problem of slowness that seem to have reached an alphabet point around 13:00 in Spain, when it has stopped working completely.

The responsible company, which is not another but Facebook, has not yet communicated why it is fallen or if they have suffered a serious problem or due to any incidence located in our country.

According to Dwndetector, the most affected areas right now Madrid, Barcelona and some parts of Andalusia, such as Jaén, Sevilla or Granada.

The portal registered a strong peak of reports from US users about 7.00 ET (11.00 GMT) of this Thursday, although there were other flakes from midnight and in the following hours.

Facebook, the company owned by Instagram, told Media American Newsweek that a "technical issue" prevented some users from accessing the platform of photos and videos, and said it "solved as soon as it has been possible" for those affected.
