The group of homicides of the Aragon Police Superior Headquarters investigates the death of a five-month-old baby, whose parents have been arrested.
The little one came to the maternal infant hospital of Zaragoza in cardiac arrest, with hypoxia (oxygen deficiency, cells and fabrics of the organism) and brain damage.
He entered the UCI, but, due to the severity of injuries, he could not overcome them and ended up dying.
As the newspaper of Aragon publishes this Friday, the facts took place last November, but they had not transcended so far because the case under Summary's secret.
It is awaiting a series of diligences and reports that will be sent to the Court of Instruction number 8 of Zaragoza, which is the one that directs the investigation.
The alarm voice gave it the toilets of the aforementioned hospital when they verified that the injuries presented by the victim contrasted with his history of healthy baby and with the explanations that the couple was giving about what had happened.
At such circumstances, as the Protocol marks, doctors issued a part to the court who, in turn, activated it to the National Police Body.
The arrest of the parents, neighbors of Zaragoza and of Pakistani origin, occurred on November 10 when the agents certified that five years ago they lost a girl of 11 months.
To this was added that the main hypothesis that the progenitors shuffled was that the youngest had suffered the known baby syndrome or shaken.
Agents of the homicide group arrested at the Hospital itself, 30, as a supposed author of a crime of murder in a degree of attempt, while the 39-year-old Father, a crime of serious injury is challenged in the Framework of the ill-treatment in the family scope.
Both were put at the judicial arrangement, whose guard judge agreed on the entrance of the mother in prison, where she is currently, while the Father was released with precautionary measures.
The couple has two other children who are under the custody of maternal grandmother while the social services of the Government of Aragon are supervising the minors.
