Justice endorses the conditions to resume in October IMSERSO travel

Justice has given valid the folds approved by the Government on the IMSERSO travel conditions that had been appealed by several hotel associations. Specifically, the Central Administrative Court of Contractual Resources has decided to raise the precautionary suspension of the contracting of this program and has dismissed the resources presented by hoteliers.

Two tourist employers, the Spanish Confederation of Tourist Accommodations (CEHAT) and the tourist hotel business association of the Valencian Community (HOSBEC), had contested the sheets by considering that the conditions that were imposed were not adjusted at their costs.

In theory, subsidized trips for seniors should begin to be marketed in the month of September, so that beneficiaries could travel in October, but hotel resources threatened to block the calendar, after more and a half paron of the pandemic.

As explained sources of IMSERSO to the Servimedia Agency, "this setback has not meant any delay in hiring operations, so that the scheduled schedule is maintained for the award of lots in September to start trips in October, such as As planned".

Hotel associations asked for an update of the conditions that are required to participate in the program, when estimating that the prices were below costs.

The folds of these trips, which depend on the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030, are usually published in February or March, are awarded to the companies participating in May and the trips begin to be sold in September, so that there are a few months to solve Possible resources of the Parties. This year the folds were approved in the month of July.
