The owners of the urban area Madrid North North, one of the largest urban projects in Europe, have been the Management Commission of Malmea-San Roque-Tres Olivos, which plans to build more than 7,000 homes, 20% of them with public protection.

The Malmea-San Roque-Tres Olivos, with an area of 1,029,647 square meters, has a total buildability of 965,321 square meters, with offices, businesses and homes, with more than 20% of this residential buildability destined to housing Protected In total, more than 7,000 homes with commerce on the ground floor.
In this sense, the Aedas Homes promoter owns a part of the soil with a surface in its portfolio to raise a first promotion of 200 homes. This acquisition, made a few months ago, is in line with the strategy of the individual soil purchase company in high demand locations.
