Plagiarism Manuel Cruz (2002) to The "logical", of Jesus Mosterín (2000)

This case is very representative of the form of plagiarism seen in the book of the president of the Senate, "contemporary Philosophy". On page 23, Cruz is commenting on the concept of number according to the German Gottlob Frege -the father of mathematical logic-, for which, in the line of other plagiarism uncovered the past 9 and 10 September, steal the explanation I previously gave to another author, the Spanish Jesús Mosterín, who died in 2017. Mosterín uses three examples to explain to Frege, and Cruz will copy two of them and followed, is another paragraph with a paraphrase of that in the work of Mosterín is eleven pages later, so that it is clear that he was working with "logical":

Back to Gianni Vattimo, "the Ethics of interpretation" (1991)

Cross writes about the relationship of the work of the Italian Gianni Vattimo, with two of the most influential philosophers of western thought, Friedrich Nietzsche and Martin Heidegger. In that context, appear four lines, without quotation or not quotation marks, so that they appear to be written by Manuel Cruz. But are not, Vattimo, copied and pasted until and including the clarifications between dashes, as well as it did in another case with an apposition between brackets . All the experts and the manuals consulted argue that paragraphs like this must be enclosed in quotation marks and reference work and page number . In fact, Cruz could even be cited by other incorrectly as the author of these lines. If at least you had included a "for Vattimo..." before the part you copied, do not confuse the own reflections with those of others, something fundamental in the academic field.

"History of philosophy", by Julián Marías (1941)

To explain to Ortega y Gasset, Manuel Cruz resorts to Julián Marías, who had played 60 years earlier , and you copy it without an appointment. In a few preceding lines there is a reference to a book of Marias, but not even the one that contains the part you Cross is attributed.

"Logic of sense", of Guilles Deleuze (1925)

On page 382 of the book of Manuel Cruz appear, again, several lines verbatim from another author, Guilles Deleuze, is without quotation marks or quotes to the work of the French philosopher. The quote above refers to another book on Deleuze, "Teatrum Philosohicum", this itself properly cited.
