At least 43 people have disappeared by shipping the boat in which they were traveling near the north coast of Senegal, according to the Dakaractu portal sources this Saturday.
Rescue services have managed to save another 15 people trying to reach Canary Islands with the rest of the group and have registered at least one death in the shipwreck.
The ship had split from the town of Gandiol, a few kilometers from the city of Saint Louis (O Snar, for residents), according to the sources of the environment.
It is believed that the boat was destined for the Canary Islands, again according to the Dakaractu information.
