The Finance minister María Jesús Montero, has assured that your department will pay what is called extra FLA to all of the autonomous regions that corresponds to them and not only to the region of Valencia, which announced the collection in October of this money in a meeting on Monday with its president, the also socialist Ximo Puig.
In remarks at the Congress hall, Montero has responded well to the complaints of some autonomy by the announcement to the Community of Valencia that before October 9 will receive 250 million of the surplus to the Fund's Liquidity Autonomous (FLA). This extra is distributed among communities that failed to comply with the deficit target the previous year, 2018 in this case, and serves to cover that hole.
Montero explained that in Andalusia or Murcia, governed by the PP and Citizens, are in this situation and will also receive his "portion" , and has rejected the criticism of his announcement to the socialist Ximo Puig: he was "a communication" and not a privilege. As has been said, he has also had contact with the president of galicia, Alberto Núñez Feijóo (PP).

on the other hand, the minister has said that his department is still working on the formula that allows it to transfer to the communities the update of deliveries for the account of the funding system. The solution has to be "technically flawless", has assured, so that announcement will not be made until it is "structured".
Montero has insisted that it expects that the transfer of this money can be made in brief , and that in any case will serve to tackle problems of treasury, that is to say, payment of bills, that does not justify doing budget cuts. If a community approves before the end of the year, he said, will be for other reasons and not because of the delay in these deliveries into account.
