Thus, two-thirds of hairdressers interviewed are full, whereas usually the fill rate is rather located around 60%. In fact, " 56% of professionals are forced to take on fewer clients than before confinement ". As a result, these latter undergo a reduction in the average number of bookings of the order of " 4 customers or less, per day for 42% of the respondents ". The price increase does not seem to discourage customers, since reservations are always more numerous. Thus 36% of the salons surveyed by LeCiseau.fr are equipped with digital tools to manage the flow of customers and the management of appointments. The digitization of these appointments and the extension of opening hours, therefore, allowed to limit the waiting time.
