Mutual Madrileña has purchased 100% of Elparking and IMBric mobility platforms to Portobello Capital. The operation has already been approved by the advocacy advice of both entities and hope that it is concrete in the coming months.
The insurer has explained in a statement that this movement is framed in its strategic plan 2021-2023, whose main objective is to continue diversifying and growing in the field of urban mobility services. So far, no more details of the transaction have been known.
Likewise, the operation will allow the mutual group to "offer its customers the best user experience thanks to the use of leading platforms in their sector" and adds to the entry into the capital of Spanish Mobility Mobility Startup, according to Europe Press .
Elparking, with almost two million users and present in more than 160 cities, is an application of assistance and services to the driver with which the regulated parking ticket can be paid in the cities, reserve and pay in public parking or in places of Private garage, refuel in gas stations and electrical recharge points, or book and pay the ITV, among other services.
IMBRIC, for its part, offers the different existing urban transport options, both public and private, allowing hiring and payment from a single application, and is present in more than 300 cities in Spain and Europe.
