The contestant of Pasapalabra Pablo Díaz has achieved a new record. If last July was raised with the Rosco of the Atresmedia program, he has now become the fastest player in the world in the Super Mario Run videogame (2016).
This Canarian composer based in Madrid used 17 minutes and 58 seconds to spend all the screens of the Mario Bros videogame in his mobile version. Pablo Díaz reduced the previous world record in eleven seconds.
It was the protagonist himself who communicated his new feat through social networks where he usually writes comments about music, literature, politics and day to day his own life. In fact, in a recent interview in the world he confessed that his dream would be "studying a master of music composition for videogames in the US. It's like composing for cinema".
On this occasion the record had no economic reward, quite the opposite as in the Pasapalabra program. On July 1, 2021, Díaz rose with the boat of 1,828,000 euros after participating in 260 antenna emissions 3. It was the third best prize in the history of the program in Spain and the first one in the second stage of the contest in The chain of the Atresmedia program.
