The east and the west.

where it comes From. I have exposed in the Confucius institute of Valencia, in different rooms of the comic, also in the Library Arús in Barcelona... Small circles around the comic and the chinese culture. I would point to better my graphic novels published, both "Gazpacho, sweet and sour" as "Andaluchinas by the world" (both in Astiberri). Of the time, they are my greatest project. A fiction centered on the life of my family, narrating the life of chinese immigrants and their children who come to Spain.

he Knew that he would devote himself to the art... Not what I knew... Was something that happened by chance. To me I always liked to draw and paint, but it was something that I did not think that would be part of my professional life. "Gazpacho, sweet and sour," she was totally accidental, and I never thought I would get to where it is now.

What is the strangest thing that has had to make in art to "survive"? Not much, since the illustration has always been my second job. I combine and I have combined my art work with the food industry, the designer UX. That is what allows me to not have to do weird things to "survive".

Your I's "virtual". at The beginning, my artistic side was born in a Tumblr blog. Then he gave the jump to the social networks through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Progressively, I've been leaving some of them to stay only with Instagram, which is much more visual, and where interactuo with my followers. I am quite a consumer of digital media, gave me a penalty tremendous closing Buzzfeed Spain. Although I must confess that, except Buzzfeed, I don't follow many media "millenials". News, gossip, artistic inspiration... I like to be informed of today. I also like the memes... in The end, all this also influences the bullets that do.

Where you are when you are not making art. I Give presentations on immigration and issues of identity. I also work workshop,s along with a psychologist, raising awareness about racism using comics as a tool. The workshop is called "Emotions illustrated".

you Will like if you know... I must confess that I have not had concerning. Not because there are not other great artists, but because what I do is so specific to the socio-cultural context in which we live in Spain, that there has been no one to teach me how to tell my story. There has not been a Spanish people of chinese descent before me that have said "this is the way to do it."

In terms of comics and graphic styles, yes, but I discovered a posteriori, after getting to know artists, and artists after publication. Some of them would be Modern people, Paula Bonet, Mercedes Debellard, Flavita Banana or the writer Nuria Labari. All great women that I admire.

why should we trust it? you do Not have that trust, you have to reflect on what I tell you. On the basis of this reflection, you must be critical. I provide a point of view that did not exist before in the panorama: the Spanish of chinese descent.
