Rescue four boats with almost 200 migrants in Canary Water

Four vessels with 197 migrants on board were rescued yesterday Friday when sailing in waters of the Canarian archipelago, as reported by the Emergency Coordinating and Safety Center (CECOES) 1-1-2.

One of the boats, a pneumatic type, was located yesterday afternoon by maritime rescue and civil guard east of Fuerteventura with 54 people who were transferred to Puerto del Rosario, evacuating two of them to the hospital.

Also in the afternoon Maritime rescue located a pneumatic vessel with 40 migrants east of Lanzarote and moved them to the onion dock. A woman specified transfer to Hospital Dr. José Molina OROSA.

Also, Maritime Salvage moved to the Arguineguín Pier (Gran Canaria) to a total of 99 migrants located on two killers. After being valued by the sanitary device, six needed to be transferred to the hospital.
