The PSOE faces this weekend its Federal Congress. An appointment where the word "unit" resonates in each tile of the Valencia Fair. "I have never lived a congress like this, nor in the best times," he recalls a territorial leader with two decades of conclaves behind him. One of the pending issues, perhaps more sensitive, was to see what Pedro Sánchez did with the heavy pesos of the PSOE that fell with the government crisis: Carmen Calvo and José Luis Ábalos. The socialist leader has found them accommodation in the Federal Committee of the PSOE.
Bald and oubalos passed everything to almost nothing. To be two of the most important people of the government and the PSOE to be mere deputies and militants. At the parliamentary level, they were sought the output of placing them in the presidency of a bald commission in equality; Ábalos on the inside-. It was missing if his party would also fit them, since they left the executive.
The former ministers will be members of the Federal Committee of the PSOE, which is the top organ of the party between Congress and Congress and among its missions it has to define the party's policy between Congresses. In a Federal Committee of 2016, it was precisely where the chapter of the Sánchez defenestration was experienced. The President of the Federal Committee will be Mayor of Toledo, Milagros Toulon.
Until this Congress, Calvo and Ábalos were two important figures of the executive. The new Equality Secretariat is Andrea Fernández, 28, and the management of the organic apparatus assumes Santos Cerdan, which has already been carrying out this work since July, when Ábalos left the charge after being relegated from the government.

The remodeling of the PSOE that designed Sánchez has derived in the preparation of an executive, the Nucleus of Power of the Party, composed of 42 members, of those who only repeat 12, with an important dose of territorial installments to avoid problems with the communities.
The federation with the most representatives in the new direction of the PSOE is Andalusia, with a total of nine, followed by Madrid, which will have six. The PSC and Castilla y León will have four members each, Canarias will add three, the Basque Country and Castilla-La Mancha, two each and the rest of communities will have a representative, as well as Ceuta.
The dozen leaders who maintain their presence in the executive are headed by Cristina Narbonne as President of the Party; Adriana Lastra as a vice-secretary general; and Santos Cerdán as Secretary of Organization.
Together with them they remain, although changing responsibility for the one they had, Alfonso Rodríguez Gómez de Celis, who will now be Secretary of Municipal Policy; Javier Left, who will assume the Electoral Action Secretariat; The Secretary General of Extremadura, Guillermo Fernández Vara, as responsible for autonomies; Pilar Cancel, which assumes the Exterior Secretariat, and Patxi López, as democratic memory and secularity.
