The president of Congress, Meritxell Batet , has endorsed this Tuesday at the Zarzuela Palace to the decree signed by the King for the dissolution of the Cortes and call for the new elections of November 10 , which will give rise to a renewed Congress and Senate that will be constituted on the 3rd of December at ten in the morning.

The dissolution of the Courts is a consequence of the application of the article 99 of the Constitution for the cases of inability of the parties to reach a settlement of the investiture.
