The paper house will be dismissed at the end of 2021. The successful series returns to Netflix on Friday, September 3, the day the five episodes that make up the first half of its fifth and last season will be available. The other half will premiere on December 3.
The fourth season was closed in April 2020, so many spectators need to refresh the memory before enjoying the final line of fiction. Spoilers below!
At the beginning of the fourth season, the professor (Álvaro Morte) undertakes a dangerous flight, believing that Lisbon (Itzar Itzar) is dead. A conversation with Tokyo (Úrsula Corberó) makes him see that he is wrong: "If he had killed her, she would know." Later he will discover that the exinspector has been captured and she is being questioned, so he will launch a plan to free her from her.
On the other hand, thieves are still entrenched at the Bank of Spain. The proposals of Palermo (Rodrigo de la Serna) decolish the group, in which the division of views generates great tensions. The robers operate at Nairobi (Alba Flores), who shot at the end of the third season.
Gandia (José Manuel Poga), the Head of Security of the Bank of Spain, is among the hostages, but it escapes and ends up causing serious problems for the robers. He is the one who manages to capture Tokyo and whoever executes Nairobi.
River (Miguel Herrán) records a video that disseminates the media, in which it relates how it was tortured. Colonel Tamayo (Fernando Cayo) has to deal abroad with this revelation, so he asks the inspector Alicia Sierra (Najwa Nimri) who resigns and admits that he has done illegal things. She does it at a press conference in which she also exposes that she had the support of the CNI, the police commands and the Ministry of the Interior.
In the final episode of the fourth season you can see that the plan to free Lisbon and introduce it into the Bank of Spain goes ahead successfully, after the thieves use Gandía as a bait to deceive the security forces. Finally, the teacher suffers a new reverse when Sierra is armed at her hiding place: "Check mate, son of a bitch".
The synopsis of the fifth season of the paper house recalls that the thieves have more than 100 hours locked up at the Bank of Spain. They have recovered Lisbon, but have lost Nairobi and awaits them a more powerful enemy than any of the previous ones: the army.
For his part, Sierra has captured the professor and keeps him chained. The protagonist does not have an exhaust plan prepared for the situation in which he is. "The end of the biggest robbery is approaching, and what started as a robbery will end at war," says the text that it shares Netflix.
New characters will be introduced in the new episodes. René (Miguel Ángel Silvestre) is a love of the past of Tokyo and Rafael (Patrick raised) is the Son of Berlin (Pedro Alonso). It will also enter Sagasta action (José Manuel Silk), a commander of the special forces that will fight against the teacher's band.
