Designed and built in 1905 by the renowned architect Ignasi WHO I PONSA as an expansion of a 19th-century farmhouse, currently has eight suites, a renovated cuisine, several bathrooms, an indoor jacuzzi and two rooms of more than one hundred square meters. Ignasi WHO I PONSA is considered as the most relevant architect of Manresa's modernist splendor. In the capital of the Bages, he has left various constructions of importance, being the best-known creations of him the rainy tower, Casa Buses and La Florinda. In 1905, he initiated the Mulera project, housing in which the family owned the Torra de Manresa Zapatería for decades.
