The impressive 2 million modernist palace in which Rosalia will live with Rauw Alejandro

Last week, the Catalan Diario Regii7 reported on the interest that Rosalia (28) and her boyfriend, also musician Rauw Alejandro (29), had in the mansion of "La Morera", an architectural jewel of Catalan Modernism located in Barcelona City of Manresa. Designed and built in 1905 by the renowned architect Ignasi WHO I PONSA as an expansion of a 19th-century farmhouse, currently has eight suites, a renovated cuisine, several bathrooms, an indoor jacuzzi and two rooms of more than one hundred square meters. Ignasi WHO I PONSA is considered as the most relevant architect of Manresa's modernist splendor. In the capital of the Bages, he has left various constructions of importance, being the best-known creations of him the rainy tower, Casa Buses and La Florinda. In 1905, he initiated the Mulera project, housing in which the family owned the Torra de Manresa Zapatería for decades. Daughter of this marriage is Rosa Oriol, co-founder of Tous, who inherited from her parents this property and that she was in charge of making her prosper.
