The cumulative incidence (IA) has increased this weekend. This Monday, and after a climb of almost two points from Friday, the score is located in 42.51 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

More new cases have also been detected in the last 72 hours (a total of 4,492) almost 700 more than last Monday. Despite this rise, Spain continues to find at low risk.

By autonomies, Catalonia remains a leader in incidence (68,12), followed by the Basque Country (60,44), Balearic Islands (54.8), Cantabria (52.15) and Aragon (52.05); While Galicia (14,36), Asturias (20,32), Ceuta (21.38) and Rioja (27.51) are those that register the best data. The situation in Spanish hospitals has not changed just since Friday.

Less than 2,000 people, specifically, 1,851, are entered in them by Coronavirus (two less than Friday), occupying 1.52% of the beds. And, in the intensive care units (UCI), a similar situation is observed: 4.89% are occupied by Covid patients (Friday the percentage was 4.86%, with one more patient).

According to the global occupation of beds in hospitals, being less than two, Spain would already be a country in the so-called new normality. Likewise, if the occupation in UCI is observed, being also less than 5, this would indicate that Spain is already in the new normality.

The same happens with the positivity meter of the tests that are carried out (2.23%), which points in the same direction, to which Spain has already entered the new normality, since it is less than four. The autonomies with the most occupied UCIs by these patients remain La Rioja (9.43%), Madrid (8.64%), Catalonia (8%) and Basque Country (7.36%).

Ceuta and Melilla that do not have any patient admitted in a serious state by Covid-19, Galicia (0.54%), Extremadura (1.06%), Murcia (1.94%) and Asturias (2, are maintained. 51%). These data contemplate only patients admitted by Coronavirus. To calculate the actual occupation, the ones found there for other pathologies and surgeries must be added.

In Europe, the worst data maintains Romania (883.3), the United Kingdom (824.2), Turkey (511.3) and Ireland (463.8). The countries with better data are Spain (42,51), Italy (59.4) and Poland (75,6).
