A US jury found guilty on Monday of four years of eleven charges to Silicon Valley Elizabeth Holmes, accused of a millionaire fraud after having ensured that his company Theranos had developed a revolutionary system of blood analysis.
Holmes was found guilty of three charges of electronic fraud and one of conspiracy to commit an electronic fraud and declared innocent of another four.
The jury did not reach a consensus around three more charges than those indicated by Holmes.
Each charge can lead a maximum penalty of 20 years of prison and a fine of about $ 250,000. In addition, she would be forced to return the money to those who have been scammed.
The decision was known after seven days of deliberations by the twelve members of the jury (eight men and four women).

Holmes, 37, jumped to fame for supposedly having invented a revolutionary system to reduce the costs of blood tests, which made it a star in Silicon Valley and in the business world in general, to the point that He compared it to the Apple co-founder Steve Jobs.
His company Theranos, founded in 2003, rarely attracted investor interest from the great potential of these alleged blood tests and became the founder in multi-million dollar at 31 years.
Instead of traditional tests, Holmes claimed that he had invented a new technology that allowed to carry out complex and expensive blood tests much simpler and requiring only one or two drops extracted from the patient's finger.
Its cost was from a quarter or even inferior with respect to traditional evidence carried out in medical dispensaries, which led to the American pharmacy chain Walgreens to partner with Theranos to offer the supposedly revolutionary test in their California stores and Arizona.
