The Committee on Guarantees and Discipline of UPN has communicated this Wednesday to the Deputies Sergio Sayas and Carlos García Adamo its temporary expulsion for two and a half years for having voted against the LAREFORAFORA LAREFA of the Government of Pedro Sánchez disobeying the orders given by management of the Navarro party.
The internal control body chaired by Jaime Ubillos has closed the first part of the penalty file promoted by the President of UPN, Javier Esparza, last Friday with the meeting of the Directorate of the Party. Esparza urged the two Members to deliver the Act of the Congress of the Deputies or an expulsion procedure already begun.
UPN wants to close the crisis generated during the vote on labor reform in Congress and has already communicated the sanction to each of the Díscolos deputies. Sayas and García Adamo appeared before this body, consisting of five affiliates and that had five days of deadline to elaborate the first opinion.
Before the Guarantee Committee was activated, UPN's address had already transferred an image of force against its two affiliates with the meetings held on February 4 and 5 by the Executive and the Political Council.
PresidentSparza achieved that 80% of the members of the Political Council - the highest UPN body between congresses - supported the order to the two deputies to leave their minutes. Both voted against labor reform, despite the general secretary. Yolanda Ibáñez, had told them that the vote should be in favor.
UPN decided to support reform as a gesture to endorse the Agreement between unions and entrepreneurs, after a negotiation that held Esparza Conton Minister of Presidency, Felix Bolaños, and the leader of Psoesantos Cerdán. Esparza, in an interview published this Wednesday to the world, has rejected deepening the scope of the Reached Covenant and that was suspended after the decision of Sayas and Adapnea not to follow the guidelines of his party.
UPN leader has been limited to aiming issues related to the "economic development and coexistence of Navarra", in addition to the Gesture of PSN announced by its own leaders to withdraw a reprobation to the mayor of Pamplona, Enrique Maya, and to facilitate budgetary investments worth 25 million euros by expanding the municipal accounts of 2022.
The two Navarre deputies will present a resource before the Committee on Guarantees, they will not deliver their minutes from deputies and intend to lead their expulsion to justice if they are definitely sanctioned.
