You will return to Netflix on Friday, October 15. Its expected third season, composed of 10 chapters, will be available on the 'streaming' platform from 9:00 am. In addition, the series has already been officially renewed by a fourth round of episodes.
The new deliveries of fiction show Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) trying to start from scratch and lead a normal life in the neighborhood of Linda Mother. He is a married man and father of a baby next to Love (Victoria Pedretti), but he will soon fall back into the old habits of him.
Joe tried to leave behind his past in the second season of You, in which the spectators could see that he moved to Los Angeles to start a new life under the identity of Will Bettelheim. However, his plans ended up twisting. Spoilers below!
The protagonist believed that Candace (Ambyr Childers) was dead, but his unexpected reappearance complicated things for him. The ex-government ended up uncovering who is the true Joe and believed that he had saved what it seemed like he was going to be the next victim of him.
However, at the end of the season the dark side of Love was revealed, which killed Candace after killing Delilah (Carmela buzzing). When Joe managed to get out of the cage in which he was locked up, he approached love to kill her. The young woman she managed to stop him by confessing that she was pregnant. Later he could see how the couple started a family life.
The trailer of the third season of you presents Natalie (Michaela McManus), a neighbor who will become Joe's next obsession. She is married to Matthew (Scott Speedman) and has a son, Theo (Dylan Arnold).
The protagonist will see life from another point of view after becoming a father. He will not be able to lower his guard, since he fears Love's impulsivity now that he knows that she is a murderer. "We are just the good and normal neighbors next door. We are a team," he says to his wife.
The two will go through a crisis and come to couple therapy with a doctor specialized in the field, Chandra (Ayelet Zurer). In advance it shows how they face violent situations and buried a corpse together.
The series will introduce numerous new characters, among which are some of the inhabitants of the neighborhood in which Joe and Love will try to integrate.
The next episodes will present several couples, such as those formed by Cary (Travis Van Winkle) and Sherry (Shalita Grant), Kiki (Shannon Chan-Kent), or Andrew (Chris O'Shea) and Jackson ( Bryan Safi). They will also have weight in the Dante frames (Ben Mehl), Gil (Machael Astin), Ryan (Scott Michael Foster) and Marienne (Tati Gabrielle).
