According to US media, comedian Pete Davidson and model Emily Ratajkowski are currently developing a romance. The comedian and the Gone Girl star are "meeting," a source close to Davidson quoted People as saying.
"Us Weekly" had previously reported something similar, citing an insider, and even wrote about a possible relationship between the two: "Pete and Emily have been talking to each other for a few months," the newspaper quoted the insider as saying. He stressed that they are "at a very early stage but both like each other very much".
Davidson, 28, was last in a relationship with Kim Kardashian. The couple were first linked in October 2021 before splitting in August 2022 after nine months of dating. Ratajkowski, meanwhile, was married to Sebastian Bear-McClard for four years before filing for divorce in September 2022. They have a 20-month-old son together, Sylvester.
In an interview with Variety last month, Ratajkowski revealed that she's enjoying a new sense of "freedom" after splitting from Bear-McClard. She said she was "single for the first time in my life," adding, "I feel like I enjoy the freedom of not worrying about how I'm perceived."
Mutual friends brought the model and comedian Davidson together. "Pete makes Emily laugh and he loves how smart she is," the source quoted Us Weekly as saying. Should a real relationship emerge from the meetings, the 32-year-old model would be Davidson's next star to start a relationship with. Before Kardashian, he dated singer Ariana Grande, model Kaia Gerber, and actresses Kate Beckinsale and Phoebe Dynevor.
