The 200 euro check for vulnerable families is one of the main measures approved by the Government in the anti-crisis plan to alleviate the effects of the war in Ukraine. According to the Executive's calculations, more than 4.2 million families will benefit in 2023 from this aid for households with incomes of less than 27,000 euros and with reduced assets (75,000 euros without counting the habitual residence).

The term to request this aid of 200 euros opened on February 15 and can be requested until March 31 through the website of the Tax Agency.

It will be the public entity itself that will verify that the applicants meet the requirements established for this call. Once the verification of the data is complete, the families will receive the aid of 200 euros in the form of a single payment into their bank account.

Applicants are expected to have the income two months after their application is approved. Terms similar to those established last year with the aid check of 200 euros for income of less than 14,000 euros.

The 2023 aid of 200 euros must be requested exclusively electronically at the Electronic Office of the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT). The applicant will need to be registered with the Cl@ve service or have the electronic certificate to process the application.
