Now it's out: the singer and rapper Katja Krasavice will be the fourth member of the jury in the DSDS anniversary season. The 26-year-old is looking forward to the "crass time". Pop titan and fellow juror Dieter Bohlen welcomes her in a video and promises "the greatest jury of all time".
The jury for the 20th season is now fully occupied with her: Katja Krasavice will take a close look at the new talents in “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” next year together with Dieter Bohlen, Pietro Lombardi and Leony. RTL has now confirmed this.
It is not the first time for the musician that she is doing things together with the pop titan and Lombardi. Together, the three reimagined the 1998 modern-talking hit "You're My Heart, You're My Soul." The song was only released this year.
And the 26-year-old has already recorded a duet with fellow juror Leony. Her song "Raindrops" made it to the top of the German charts in November 2021.
Born in the Czech Republic, she is looking forward to her new job with great anticipation. "'DSDS' and I - I'm really looking forward to my fellow judges, to the singing, rapping and entertaining talents and to the guaranteed blatant time - I can start immediately," she is quoted by the broadcaster as saying.
On Instagram, Bohlen commented on his new fellow juror in a short video: "Katja is the fourth juror. I'm happy that something will really happen. [...] Be there, the hottest jury of all time!"
