As the British tabloid "Daily Mail" reported, the 28-year-old singer and the ten-year-old actress would "take a break". An insider had previously told "People" magazine. The alleged separation was due to the couple's "different priorities".
As "Daily Mail" further reported, there have been increasing indications in recent weeks that the relationship is nearing the end. Accordingly, there had been a crisis between the singer and the actress for a long time.
Much of the turmoil between Styles and Wilde stems from the time Don't Worry Darling was filmed, the paper said. Styles starred in the film while Wilde directed behind the camera.
Last month, there was also a crackling behind the scenes between leading actress Florence Pugh and Harry Styles. According to media reports, the two kissed off screen after becoming closer during filming.
"Harry and Florence had great chemistry from the start, which was incredibly authentic on screen," the insider told The Sun. "They made out a little bit one night, all very lighthearted and a little funny too, and that was it." As "Daily Mail" further reported, it was unclear whether Olivia had already known about the kiss at that time or whether she might have only found out about it after the media report at the end of October.
