Baby with "Bachelorette" winner: RTL presenter Laura Papendick is pregnant

Sometimes a short clip says more than 1000 words. So Laura Papendick now publishes a video in which, among other things, small shoes, hats with the inscription "Mom" and "Dad" and finally an ultrasound image can be seen. In short: The RTL presenter is expecting a child with Alexander Hindersmann.

There are so many ways to announce that you are pregnant: you can simply write it, hold your baby bump in the camera - or post a clip with many absolutely clear indications. RTL presenter Laura Papendick chose the latter option.

The 34-year-old posted a video on her Instagram page that left no questions unanswered. At the beginning a leather case with a heart decoration can be seen, in which there is probably space for the mother's passport. While Papendick and her boyfriend Alexander Hindersmann are beaming, the camera pans across baseball caps that say "Mom" and "Dad" respectively, and a pair of baby-sized sneakers. Finally, the happy parents also presented an ultrasound image.

"When love becomes life. The anticipation is huge," writes Papendick on the post, for which congratulations are immediately received. RTL colleague Angela Finger-Erben writes: "Aaaaaahhhh! Congratulations. I'm very happy for you!" And the RTL sports editor notes: "What great news!"

The former professional swimmer Papendick switched from Sport1 to the RTL group in May 2021, where she has since worked as a presenter in Formula 1 and the UEFA Europa League, among other things. A little later she met the current father of her child, Alexander Hindersmann.

The 34-year-old is also not unknown to RTL viewers. Hindersmann took part in the fifth season of "The Bachelorette" in 2018, in which he won the heart of rose distributor Nadine Klein. However, the TV love quickly fell apart. The following year, Hindersmann made another attempt to land with the new "Bachelorette" Gerda Lewis. However, he voluntarily quit halfway through the show. Even on a subsequent trip to "Bachelor in Paradise" he did not find love. Well, sometimes you meet your partner for life outside of a dating format...
