Biberach (dpa / lsw) - After several attacks on passers-by in Biberach an der Riss, the police caught two suspects. As the police and prosecutors announced on Friday, a magistrate issued an arrest warrant against a 17-year-old youth for robbery the day before. Another main perpetrator is said to have been a 13-year-old. This was handed over to his family and the youth welfare office was informed. The group of at least eight young people between the ages of 13 and 17 are said to have attacked passers-by in the city center last weekend, hit and kicked them and demanded money from them.
A 66-year-old, two 74-year-old men and a 16-year-old were affected by the raids in the night from Saturday to Sunday. So far, ten crimes have been attributed to the group, it said. It will be checked whether the group has committed any other crimes.
