Iffezheim (dpa / lsw) - After a serious attack on a man in Iffezheim (Rastatt district), a 32-year-old was arrested. He was accused of attempted manslaughter, police said on Monday.
The suspect is said to have attacked a 48-year-old on the street on Saturday. He is said to have known the victim personally. The seriously injured man was then taken to the hospital. According to the police, the alleged perpetrator went to a restaurant after his attack, where he was later arrested. The police initially did not release any further details.
