Hemsbach (dpa / lsw) - A group of young people is said to have beaten up a 36-year-old at the Kerwe in Hemsbach and injured him so badly that the man had to stay in the hospital for several days. The police announced on Friday that the victim was still physically restricted by the consequences of the attack two weeks ago. The incident at the folk festival in the Rhein-Neckar district has only now become known.
According to the information, the 36-year-old and four to five young people are said to have argued. One of the suspects punched the man in the face. "Then he was hit with a glass bottle," the statement said. Then everyone hit the fallen victim with their fists.
