Baden-Württemberg: 60-year-old has to be in prison for ten years for manslaughter

Hechingen (dpa / lsw) - Because he killed a roommate in a homeless shelter, a 60-year-old man was sentenced to ten years in prison for manslaughter on Monday. According to information from the Hechingen Regional Court on Tuesday, the man had confessed to having killed his 28-year-old neighbor with several stab wounds in a Sigmaringen homeless shelter on March 18, 2022 after he had complained about loud music coming from the accused's room. The accused was heavily intoxicated at the time of the crime.
