Baden-Württemberg: Accident when overtaking: Three slightly injured

Schlier (dpa/lsw) - Three people were slightly injured in an unsuccessful overtaking maneuver in the Ravensburg district on Tuesday evening, the police said on Wednesday. An 18-year-old driver wanted to overtake two cars on a country road near Schlier. During the second overtaking manoeuvre, he overlooked the oncoming car of a 28-year-old. He tried to swerve to the right, but the 18-year-old's car crashed sideways into his car. The 18-year-old and his passenger and the driver of the oncoming car were injured. According to the police, the driver's license of the driver who caused the accident was confiscated at the scene of the accident on suspicion of endangering road traffic.
