Baden-Württemberg: cars collide head-on: two seriously injured

Karlsruhe (dpa / lsw) - Two cars collided head-on on a bridge in Karlsruhe, both drivers were seriously injured. According to the police, a car had previously entered the oncoming lane on Saturday night for reasons that were not yet clear. Emergency services took the 20 and 26-year-old men to hospitals. In the collision in the curve area of ​​the bridge, a car threw onto the sidewalk. Firefighters had to cut one of the drivers out of his car because he was trapped. The police estimate the damage to the two cars together at around 40,000 euros.
