Waldshut-Tiengen (dpa/lsw) - The district court of Waldshut-Tiengen has sentenced a 33-year-old to three years and ten months in prison for possession and distribution of child pornography. The man is said to have possessed depictions of child abuse in two cases and disseminated it in seven cases, the police said on Friday. Wednesday's verdict is not yet final.
Evidence was found for the first time during a search of the accused in October 2021. In June 2022, child pornography material was confiscated during another search. The man is said to have procured and exchanged the material via various messenger services.
