Karlsruhe (dpa/lsw) - Second division soccer team Karlsruher SC will have to do without midfield talent Efe-Kaan Sihlaroglu for a long time. The 17-year-old suffered a cruciate ligament rupture in his right knee during a preparatory tournament with the Baden U19s in Basel, the club announced on Monday. Normally, such an injury entails a break of at least six months.
