Baden-Württemberg: Drunken becomes violent: police officer injured

Filderstadt (dpa/lsw) - A drunk slightly injured a policewoman during a police check in Filderstadt. The 25-year-old was noticed on Friday evening because she had insulted and physically attacked a 40-year-old woman and her 21-year-old daughter, the police said on Sunday. According to the police, an alcohol test revealed a breath alcohol level of over two per mille. When she was supposed to be checked, the drunk fled. However, after a few meters, she was caught up and held by the policewoman, who was also 25. She kicked and punched the police officer. The 25-year-old was taken away in handcuffs and tried to hit another officer while driving. She also attacked a police officer when she got out. After the police measures were completed, she was handed over to a family member. She must now reckon with various investigations.
