Meersburg (dpa/lsw) - A 91-year-old woman was hit by a car while crossing a street in Meersburg on Lake Constance and was fatally injured. A 64-year-old driver turned left from a supermarket parking lot onto the street on Tuesday, police said. She hit the pedestrian with her car, causing her to fall. The elderly woman succumbed to her severe head injuries at the scene of the accident.
