Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - State Finance Minister Danyal Bayaz has renewed his criticism of the tank discount and ironically expressed blame for the blame on Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck. At the moment there is a typical variant of an error culture, according to which the Minister of Economic Affairs is to blame and has to take care of it, the Stuttgart Greens politician wrote on Twitter at the weekend. Habeck also belongs to the Greens.
In the opposition, but also in the Berlin traffic light coalition, dissatisfaction with the limited effect of the fuel price brake had increased. After the drop in price as a result of the tax cut on Wednesday last week, fuel had become significantly more expensive again. Top politicians from the FDP, CDU, SPD and left called on Habeck to take action against the mineral oil companies. Habeck now wants to tighten antitrust law and, if necessary, also enable companies to be broken up, according to a position paper by the Federal Ministry of Economics.
